Prior to Swiggy, Girish was with Flipkart where he led HR for the First Mile vertical of Supply Chain, designing and executing business goals through people practices. His expertise lies in setting up HR processes for scale in start-ups, managing stakeholders in matrix organizations, driving key people practices, and Organizational Development interventions across multiple locations and cross section of employees with a hands-on understanding of employment laws

As a recent global C-suite executive and CEO of a commodity marketing board and now serving as a capital advisor, I leverage a diverse background. I’ve had the privilege of holding three executive roles at Fortune 500s – Amoco, Kraft Foods Inc., and Corteva AgriScience as well as advancing multi-billion public and not-for-profit organizations – USDA, American Egg Board, and the National Foreign Trade Council.
Throughout a 30+ year career, I've navigated and, can now provide companies and boards insights on business strategy, advancing global ESG/corporate responsibility and sustainability matters as well as mitigating risk and crisis management, regulatory, marketing, international trade, external affairs and public policy.
Additionally, I bring expertise gaining market access and developing private/government partnerships across North America, Asia, EMEA, and Latin America. As often the senior most woman of color/Latina at Corteva, Kraft Foods, Amoco and USDA, I’ve proudly helped advance DEI goals and metrics across all companies.
Strategic Impact:
* Governance – Led as C-suite and member of the Executive Leadership team at Corteva (public $30B MKT Cap), helping set strategy with enterprise wide impact. Also led as President/CEO of the American Egg Board, directing strategy for the $9B US egg industry’s commodity marketing board. Previously served as Administrator of USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service, directing a $5B budget and 4300 person staff.
* Board Activities – Presented to and supported Corteva's board and Committees; secured buy-in of inaugural Sustainability Report with ESG reporting. Serve on Trailhead’s Capital Advisory Board; previously served as Board Executive Committee Member of the American Egg Board and NFTC Board.
* ESG & Sustainability – Led as Corteva’s Chief Sustainability Officer, launching company’s 14 sustainability goals, advancing company’s climate, Science Based goal. Also advanced sustainability/ESG at USDA, and globally at Kraft Foods, addressing supply chain challenges.
* Risk & Regulatory – Expertly steers risk and regulatory issues across highly regulated industries including at Kraft Food’s by leading their global issues management unit for, at the time, the #1 US food company, the USDA, and others.

Ivy Kusinga is the Chief Culture and Talent Officer at Chubb, a global P&C insurer serving large corporate, mid-market, small business, and lower-middle-income to high-net-worth consumers through brokerage, agency, and direct-to-consumer distribution channels. Chubb has a global geographic footprint in 54 countries.
With 20 years of functional leadership experience, Ivy serves as a key architect and trusted advisor to Chubb’s senior management team in leading efforts to support Chubb’s talent management and culture objectives. Following ACE’s acquisition of Chubb, the largest merger in the insurance industry, Ivy was appointed to manage all aspects of the culture integration under the direction of the Chairman & CEO. She actively partners with leadership teams across Chubb to influence and foster a cohesive and distinguishing culture. Prior to this role, Ivy led the talent management function for Chubb North America and worked for Chubb Overseas General as Vice President, Business Development, International Accident & Health.
Integral to her current role is the oversight of Chubb’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned to talent management imperatives. She is responsible for operationalizing talent and diversity efforts to improve gender balance at all levels, as well as the implementation of Chubb’s racial inclusion commitments, and the support of talent retention and engagement initiatives. Over the course of her career, Ivy has designed and implemented a wide variety of development programs to support career growth and advancement of key talent.
Ivy obtained her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from St. Mary’s University, Canada. She is an expert presenter on culture, diversity, and talent management at conferences and industry events, and was featured in Intelligent Insurer’s Top 25 D&I Champions in the re/insurance industry for her work. She serves on two non-profit boards: Worldmaker International, since 2019; and Gamma Iota Sigma, an international business fraternity for students of insurance, risk management and actuarial science, since 2015.
Ivy has two daughters and lives in Upper Merion, Pennsylvania.
